Equipment of the 300t/h Stone Production Line

This production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and electric control system etc.

Production Flow of Stone Production Line

Large block of stones are sent to jaw crusher uniformly by vibrating feeder for the coarse crushing operation. Then the coarse crushed stones will be delivered to cone crusher or impact crusher for further fine crushing operation by belt conveyor. Then the belt conveyor delivers the fine crushed stones to vibrating screen for screening. The qualified stones will be sent to finished product stock pile and the unqualified large block stones will be delivered to cone crusher or impact crusher for further crushing through belt conveyor. The whole stage forms a closed cycle.
