1. Bearing overheating reasons: lack of grease; grease contamination deterioration; bearing damage. Elimination methods: filling the appropriate amount of grease; bearing grease should be 50% of its space volume; clean bearings; replace grease regularly.
2. Reasons of excessive discharging size: large hammer wear; sieve broken. Remedy: Replace the hammer and sieve bar.
3. Reason for production reduction: Screen gap is blocked; uneven feeding; Exclusion method: clean up the cracks in the screen bar; adjust the feeding mechanism.
4. Elastic coupling causes percussion: pin loose; Elastic ring wear. Remedy: Stop and tighten pin nut; replace elastic ring.
5. Knocking reason inside of the machine: the non-crushed material enters the inside of the machine; the liner fastener loosens and the hammer strikes the lining; the hammer or other part breaks. Solutions: clean up the crushing chamber; check the tightening of the liner and the gap between the hammer and the screen; replace the broken parts.
